01. Introduction & Scope

This policy outlines terms for services including HR Advisory, Payroll, Compliance, and Training. As these are professional, consultation-driven offerings, refunds are handled with specific criteria to ensure fairness to both parties.

02. Refund Eligibility

  • Excess payments due to technical errors or duplicate transactions.
  • Services not initiated within the committed timeline due to our fault.
  • Cancellation requests raised before the commencement of service.

03. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once the service has been initiated or delivered.
  • Delays caused by client-side non-submission of documents.
  • Change in client requirements after project kickoff.
  • Government fees, statutory charges, or third-party costs already paid.

04. Training & Development

Fees for training sessions are non-refundable once the session is attended or scheduled. Rescheduling is permitted only upon mutual written agreement.

05. Refund Process

Requests must be sent via official email with transaction details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
