SCASPL was incorporated on 20 June 2025 as a Private Limited Company by Ms. Ankita Sunil Patil and Mr. Nagesh Subhash More. The organization traces its roots to Stalagmite Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., established on 27 July 2018, focusing on end-to-end HR and staffing solutions.

With growth and evolving client needs, the founders rebranded the organization to Shashwata Corporate Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., introducing a renewed strategic direction emphasizing paperless operations, technology-driven processes, professional advisory services, and a strong compliance culture aligned with Indian labour laws.

Today, SCASPL is recognized as a trusted HR consulting and statutory compliance partner with a strong Pan-India presence, including Tamil Nadu, Pune, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, and Nagpur, with its head office in Mumbai.

HR Operations (Pre-Joining & Post-Joining)

Pre-Joining

  • Collect candidate documents (Aadhar, PAN, resignation letter, pay slips, education certificates)
  • Create salary structure as per minimum wages or client-approved structure
  • Issue offer letter within 8 hours and track acceptance
  • Rework process in case of offer rejection, no-shows, or absconding

Post-Joining

  • Complete joining formalities and statutory documentation
  • Reference checks with previous employers
  • Generate ESIC / TIC number within 2 working days
  • Generate UAN / PF number and complete KYC/transfer process

Note: Individual PF/ESIC claims like withdrawals are not handled.
